We accept all major insurance plans and have affordable rates for patients without insurance coverage. We welcome our Winter Texans, both U.S. and Canadian—and we accept the Canadian medical insurance plans, as well.
What to Bring?
Please have the following items available when you arrive:
- Drivers license or photo ID
- Insurance card, if you have insurance
- Credit Card, cash, or check for your co-pay or visit fee
- A list of medications or the medications themselves
